Unfortunatley at places like Bosley Medical and other companies, the doctors are the ones who draw the hairline that is going to be recreated. And usually what they will do is take 2 seconds and draw either a semi-circle on the patient's head or they will draw a straight line accross the patient's head. No human being recedes in a semi-circle or in a perfectly straight line.
If someone draws this on top of your head (see below) run for your life unless you want a hair hat.
